View Full Version : Real or Fake ?
So i want to know if you guys think this real. I was park at the mall to day an when i got out there was a note an 3 business card and the note said " please call me we are interested in using this car for a commercial next saturday, you will get paid " so i called he said he works in the film industry an to send photo's of my car to see if i could get picked to be in the new "BF goodrich" commercial an if BF goodrich pick's my car they will pay me $500.00 an a new set of tires. So do you guys think this real or fake like he is trying to set me up to take my car ? An he said there shooting the commercial in the LA river/ the drain pass.
What do you guys think ?

Does the business card say what his title is or if he works for an agency? It's not uncommon for scouts to find talent in the streets and leave cards. I would ask what he exactly does in the "industry" and if he works for a production company or agency. I work in post-production and most of my clients have business cards with their name, title, and company.
The only reason why I think it might be real is that $500 + a set of tires sounds like a buy out situation.

I'd meet him somewhere public, bring a knife in case and a close bud who has your back. Sounds too good to be true.
