Just thinking...Carbon FIber Change

Hi, i got a carbon fiber hood... but have been noticing that these trend is passing away...

i was thinking of painting the hood in the color of the car and letting the U shape of the evo hood in carbon fiber... but what i wanted to know is if you could create from a normal carbon look a dry carbon look?

Im not necessarily sure CF is a trend. Its for weight loss over their steel hoods, but yeah half painted hood will look good.

yeah i undestand, but i got it for the light weight when i was more a racer fan, but know im into style and looks... sow im thinking that in these movement or style (don't know how to say it) but im trying to keep it simple..

but has anyone ever try to create a non glossy look on a normal CF?

Do whatever you think is going to keep you happy, if you want it color matched then go for it! Remember, its your ride!

From what I have heard ... you cant take the wet carbon look and change it to a dry carbon look.
That is just what I heard.

i like it better wet carbon look if you're going to paint it. If you leave it alone, dry carbon turns out better.
