alignment questions?

So its a 2 day until i get my alignment on my car. Are there anythings that i should do to my car to get it ready for the alignment or is there anything special i should say to he mechanic that is doing my alignment? Im just looking to see if i need to have the chamer set at a certain way or my toe set a certain way? Any help or advice would be a great help

if you're on coils...then I would make sure you have it at the height you want it. adjusting the height afterwards will affect your camber. ideally, you want 0 toe all around. also depends on what your car will be setup for...drag, drift, auto-X? what kind of car is it?

Its a 2005 sti and I plan on using it mainly for crusin and stuff, I'm not really tracking it or anything.

then you're guna want 0 toe all around. and stock caster specs. and little or no camber.
