Your too low, your headlights are too bright. you have too many stickers, your modified exhaust is too loud, your wheels are sticking out too much, and your front tint." and i said to him my exhaust is stock lol. Didnt even know having stretched tires was illegal. so all and all he was nice enough to just give me a fix it ticket for my front tint lol.

Too low? Plausible. He'd have to measure the distance your headlights are from the ground. It has to be at least 18" to pass.
Headlights too bright? Yeah, if you're running HIDs in a non-HID housing.
Too many stickers? Where are they placed? Can't be placed where it'll obstruct your view.
Modified exhaust? You said it was stock, and how did he know that it's too loud? Did he actually test it?
Wheels sticking out? Yeah, wheels/tires must be covered, so all those lifted trucks with swampers on them can get tickets too.
Front tint? I don't know your local tint laws.

My stickers are on the left side all the way to the end.
He didn't test my exhaust. He just said you have a modified exhaust and it's too loud.
And I have 55w 8k hids with no projectors haha.

so the California tint law for the front windshields states that 70 percent of light to come into the car. Im wondering is it worth it to fight the ticket because my tint is in the legal percentage. any thoughts?

^^^ dont forget, the oem glass already has a certain % built into it already .... so good luck fighting that shit. if everyone fought and won, cops wouldnt bother ticketing any of us ever again knowing that we'd win.

you could always try and get your doctor to write off a note saying you need it tinted.

and i always thought cops were allowed to use their judgement when writing exhaust tickets. in order to get it dismissed however, YOU had to have it tested, to see if its under 95db.
