split wheels: LIPS!

i know ive asked this before, but im going to try again.

does anyone know of a place that has blank lips for a split wheel (CA or within the states).
i dont know why splits are not as popular in the states but they are extremely popular overseas in the UK.

I had an opportunity a year back to buy some blanks but the dude scrapped them..
i know of tunershop, kodiak wheels, but those are both out of the US and id be looking at $300+ a lip..

im not looking for anything specific, can be step or straight, polished or not. so long as its a 17" lip with a blank center so i can have them machine to my specs.

any info is helpful, thanks in advance.

there was a vendor on my350z who sells blank lips... i'll try and look it up...

oh sick.. think i will have mounting issues with none reverse mount wheels if i widen the lips?
