Go to home depo get sliding screen door rollers part #b-551 you'll need four for each one.
Socket cap screws 1/4" 20x1" flat head course plain you'll need four each
And finishing washers #14 you'll need four each
And walla you have quick releases

Dont be concerned by the ride height, the coils are being rebuilt. i got this set up from the local hardware store, and i will be filling that pair of holes from incorrect measurements lol.
