    Default Sensei Nissan Hardtop -84

Sold the "Air Force-Honda" for a year ago. So I had to pick up new airride project. My STI stays as daily.
I wanted something different this time. Allways liked the look of old japanese cars and I was very glad when I found this one.

Nissan Bluebird SSS Turbo-X Hardtop. Frontwheel drive with 1.8 turbo engine. Rhd JDM-model.

Now the Nissan looks like this. Sadly it`s static in these picture. But you`ll get the point. There is 2cm space under the car and when I have installed airsetup, hopefully there is none..

Unfortunally there is available any coil or airride setups for this car. I bought K-Sport coils made from a 350Z and modded them to fit.

    Front old and new:

    Rear old and new:

    Rear:

    Front:

Of course I changed every ball joint, bushes, brakes.. Everything. All the chassis parts got sandplasting and powdercouting.

WOW. This project is looking really good. I'm a big fan of the boxy 80's look. My initial thought in the pictures was that it was a Cressida. This is awesome and definitely something different. Nice wheels too!

Hit the ground! The chassis is really down on the floor.

Here is Nissan on the local car show. Show was in this weekend:

Then I took few fotos, when I drove it home.

Wheels are BBS RM 15x9". Don`t know the offset, I haven`t measured it. Wrapped with Falken Ziex 912 195/45

I think I need somekind bodykit (lipkit) or something.. It would look lower and more badass.
