Cool 2004 350z Roadster - New car, New Thread

New pics will always be on last page! CHECK IT SON!

What's going on guys? Been a bit since i have actually posted something, but i've been lurking the whole time. Some of you may remember me from me tC that i had for a few years. I have since sold it and bought a like new 2004 350z Roadster. I bought it from an older man in the summer with only 15k miles on it! It literally still smelled new. I enjoyed driving it stock for the year and this winter began looking into what i wanted to do with it and how i wanted to handle it all. Money has been tight since i bought a new truck and the wife wanted a new camper lol. But i am working with what i have and going from there! Let me know your thoughts and any advice!

    My old car:

    And the new:

    The day i got it

This winter i started doing little things here and there to it as money allowed. Starting with a second screen from the wife for my birthday

    New titanium shift knob

Yesterday i installed my new coils: Stock

Fronts half way down, but sadly too low for the temp wheel set up that on it as i can't turn even a 1/4 without destroying my fenders

And kind of hard to see, but the infamous rear end of the Z not wanting to go low with the new coils on it... Going to take some work to get it down.

Added eye lids and made the fronts drivable while lowering the rears to even it out.

I am of course, however, i am a fan of Yuki's a bit more (@yuk1_LNS_Crew on Insta) his car blows my mind

Also, i did somethings this weekend, did a full detail and brought the car out of the garage, but to do that, i HAD to raise the front for the time being. So i brought it up, brought the rear down and this is where it is at right now for a drivable height for the front.

You may be surprised! A lot of what we have are narrow sizes or a little beat up so they're cheap and can be rebuilt

Oh snap! Did you get centercaps with them? Just needs to come down a little bit more + a front lip and you'll have it locked down.

no centers sadly but the front is going to come down a bit for sure. Hopefully about an inch or so? Will have to see how much i can manage. The rears are as low as they will go i even have the spring helpers out + the rubber the holders the spring in place lol. a lip will happen eventually. Gotta find one i like for the right price

for sure, i actually took the front wheels off tonight to try and lower it a bit more. The tires are completely shot upfront so i am going to get some new ones on there. Problem is i only have 225/45's in the garage... searching high and low for something a bit smaller locally before being forced to put these on

Thinking about getting the wheels powder coated. Anyone have any insight on colors you think would look good?
