My S14's at my friend's shop right now and every time he goes to do one thing, he finds 2 more things that need to get done. I have a feeling it'll never stop. I miss my car

I hate when it's one thing after another.

I've been forum surfing pretty heavy today. Always fun to check out different builds on various forums. Stanceworks, drag cars, pro touring etc.

I've been thinking of doing some minor things to my daily. Springs, rear sway bar and wheels. Unfortunately the bolt pattern is 5x110..which means I'd have to go with a custom drilled set..I've thought about adapters but I'm always Leary lol

Car starting acting funny over the weekends. After doing some research it sounds like the transmission needs to be serviced. Hopefully it won't set me back too much.

I ran adapters at -16 degrees of camber and it was fine. Or you could slightly bore out the holes on either a 5x112 or 5x114.3 set of wheels

I was quoted $550 by Chrysler to have the transmission serviced. Apparently a good bit of that cost is the fluid itself.

I thought about re drilling. I've got options and it won't be for a long time so we'll see where time takes me.

    How was autocrossing the Honda?

It was surprisingly good! I was on Nexans so there was a lot of sliding and tire torture but other than that it was fantastic! I had a blast!

Happy Saturday folks. Stepping out of work in a bit to go pick my car up from having it's transmission serviced and a fresh detail. Then I'm parking it in the garage all week until Import Expo.

My friend's shop did it for me for $130. Originally Chrysler quoted me $550 and told me that they were skeptical to work on my car because of how low it was. So I decided to look at other options. My friend works for Mercedes and is moving at the end of the week so he hooked me up on the ATF - ended up only paying for 6 quarts, but got 8, and got the employee discount so I only paid $90 for all the fluid. Then $130 for the service itself. So all in all $240.
