Also another question. I have BC be coils. Just camber plates in the front not the rear. And i bought eibach camber bolts am I gonna be able to dial in -3 degrees camber ?
i guess ill see how low ill be able to go with making the rear fit. im worried because i dont want a crazy pull in the rear. im afraid to mess this cars fenders up since it only as 36k original miles on it. im not gonna be a bitch but i dont want some super retarted pull on my fenders. and hammering the tubs because of the wheels being so wide? hopefully ill be able to run somewhere around your height.
and dont worry i will be whoring out the car as soon as i have the fitment spot on.

You shouldn't have a problem although I would get the camber plates first and then bolts later if thats not enough.
Alright here's a strange question.
On my old set up 18x10 215/35. With this set up I rubbed wild in the rear, however 0 in the front. (Full stiff on the coilovers)
On my new set up 18x9 225/40. I love this new set up for daily driving. Rarely rub in the rear, however for some reason I've been rubbing in the front while turning. I'm trying to not go full stiff because of how comfy the ride is, even then I would to save tire sidewall. The strange thing is I look at the tire and absolutely no rub marks or anything?
Am I just rubbing fender liner? And if so should I just not care (just sound) or am I hurting anything?
Thankssss
I trimmed my fender liner....helped.
Hey folks new to the site and have a question regarding wheel fitment on my car its a 2008 Impreza Hatch (WRX STi) sitting on a set of Blistien PS10 coilovers lowered around 30/40mm ive also got a set of Alcon 6 pots with 365mm Discs.
Question is im looking to fit a set of Work Emotion CR Kai's but im unsure what i can get away with as in width without much fender work front and rear and my main issue is will they clear the Alcons, with the concave face i guess they will but but i dont know what offset id need to clear them.

Any info you can give me would be great, im not bothered if i have to get the front and rear fenders rolled but if i could avoid it it would be great saves the hassle !

I'm getting 18x8.75 XXR 527's in a few months, 225/40 +35. I was told +25 won't really work because the stock offset is weird on our cars....Mazda6....I'd rather try +30 if possible for more concave, and it'll be on coils, so I know negative camber is happening, but I really don't know if +30 is possible on the 6, or if I should get 5mm spacers? Will 225 be a good stretch for a dd?
Depends what you mean by "good" stretch. good is relative to if it rubs or not. only way it wouldnt be recommended for a DD i'd say is if you have to air it up daily, and the stretch just looks extremely unsafe.
depending who you ask, 225 on a 8.75 isnt stretched at all...but it will make a difference when you need those mm of clearance

I don't want it stretched to the point where it's extremely poking out of the tire, but have some stretch. A little lol. I'll be pulling and rolling the fenders to try to keep from rubbing. I'm on 225/45 18x8's right now and it's a SLIGHT stretch.....which is why I think it'll be a small stretch on the new ones.
Although its a 19 and its x9 this will give you an idea. Also will depend on how the tires you pick run(skinny, normal, wide) 225/40 on a 8.75 will be s tad bit less than this.

just an idea..."I" wouldnt consider it extremely poking out of the tire, but its 205/40 on x9, so x8.75 wouldnt be as much. This is actually my favorite amount of stretch of all the stretches Ive had. (mine are the blue wheels)

Could anyone find me a picture of a 255/40/17 on a 17x10.5, real curious for drift set up!!! cant find on tyrestretch or anywhere... Thank you!!!

Center caps question: So I picked up some 19" VW Touareg wheels for my Audi S4... But Audi doesn't make a center cap to fit them (approx 70mm). Would it be ok to run VW center caps or that is just a no and seen as a downgrade?? Any imput would help. Thanks
if you have the wheels, then the caps dont matter. I say that in regards to your "is it seen as a downgrade" question. Changing caps doesnt decide wether its a downgrade or not. I say rock the VW caps proud...
